חלק ראשון – התכנסות ונחיתה

אחרי שרדע ננשום אוויר, נשחק כמה משחקים כדי להתחבר אחד לשנייה וגם לחמם את המוח ואת הגוף לשלבים הבאים.

 

חלק שני – דגדוג הצללים
כאן נשחק ונדגדג קצת את המקומות בתוכנו שמונעים מאיתנו חיבור אותנטי ומשחקיות עם המין השני.

 

חלק שלישי – חיבור לעסיסיות שבנו

לכל אחד יש מלא עסיסיות ו yumminess בתוכם. כאן אנחנו נעשה תרגילים פרקטיים כדי להתחבר למקום הזה בתוכנו ונלמד ביטוי אותנטי משם.

 

חלק רביעי – אינטגרציה וסיכום

כל העבודה שעשינו כאן לא שווה כלום אם אנחנו לא יכולים  לקחת אותה איתנו הביתה. בחלק האחרון נעשה סגירת מעגל על כל מה שנשאר פתוח אצלנו ואיך אפשר להתקדם עם מה שלמדנו פה במציאות.

So many people today are interested in relationships, sexuality, tantra, authenticity… but what about the way to get there?

Enter the inner world of your own unfulfilled potential.

Together, we will dive into a journey of connection and overcoming the fears and personal inhibitions we have accumulated over the years, which prevented us from approaching and expressing ourselves to the people who ignite this inner fire within us.

Sometimes, the very thought of taking risks scares us, especially in conversations with the opposite sex, where uncovering our true feelings and desires seems like an insurmountable task. The mind becomes a battlefield of overthinking, trapping us in a cycle of insecurity and doubt during interactions.
Most elusive of all is the feeling of feeling sexy. It eludes us, while we yearn to grasp its essence, we are left with the question of how to ignite the inner fire, and project the confidence that is irresistible.

The upcoming workshop contains the key to your emotional release.

 

Join us as we dive into the inner realms, where we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Together, we will dissolve the layers of self-doubt and inhibitions, gently stepping towards your authentic self-expression.

We will learn to expand the boundaries of our comfort zone, dare, take risks and speak our inner truth. Here, authenticity and playfulness intertwine and create an experience of acceptance, empathy and compassion

And from there we blossomed in and out.

This workshop is an opening for something bigger in the future.

Below is the schedule

  

First part – gathering and landing

After we shake and breathe, we will play some games to connect with each other and also to warm up the brain and body for the next steps.

 

Part two – the tickling of the shadows
Here we will play and tickle a little the places inside us that prevent us from an authentic connection and playfulness with the opposite sex.

 

Part three – connection to the juiciness in us

Each one has full juiciness and yumminess in them. Here we will do practical exercises to connect to this place inside us and learn an authentic expression from there.

 

Fourth part – integration and summary

All the work we’ve done here is worth nothing if we can’t take it home with us. In the last part we will close the circle on everything that remains open for us and how we can move forward with what we have learned here in reality.

מעבר לכך דני לויט התחיל את דרכו בתחום הדייטינג לפני יותר מ-15 שנה ועבד בתור מאמן דייטינג בינלאומי. דני טס מסביב לעולם בין אם זה היה בווגאס, קרואטיה, שוודיה ועוד… ולימד סמינרים על איך למשוך ולחזר בצורה אותנתית וכיפית. עם הזמן נכנס לתחומים של רוחניות/תרפיות אלטרנטיביות. בין אם זה דני העביר סדנאות בפסיכודרמה, שמאניזם, יוגה, ויפסנה, טנטרה, מיניות מודעת, נ.ל.פ ועוד… באינספור פסטיבלים בארץ ומסביב לעולם.
הסיבה העיקרית שדני נכנס לכל התחומים האלו כי יש לו פצעים מאוד עמוקים משלו. הוא השתמש בפצעים האלו כמקפצה של מוטיבציה לעזור לעצמו ועם מספיק זמן וניסיון גם לעזור לאחרים.
אבני הפינה שדני מאמין בהם בכל תהליך זה נחישות, סבלנות, תשומת לב למה שקורה בתוכי וכל זה תוך מעטפת של הומור וקלילות.
